parents: we're getting really concerned are you on a diet is there something you're not telling us do you have an eating disorder?

It breaks my heart to see little children in this condition. Nobody will ever be able to relate to him because they don’t know how much pain he’s going through, unless they actually have cancer themselves. He’s soo adorable and truly deserves the world!
